I got mine in Master Mode dropped from a Ranphyx, and we saw another drop during that Veteran run from a random droid.

How to Get a Nul Hidden Switch Decoration
Can NOT be bought or sold on the GTN from other players - it is dropped, but is Bind-on-Pickup (BoP) to your character
Flashpoint: Ruins of Nul, drops from any normal enemy in any mode including Story
Hook: Wall Small (Green Square): The Nul Hidden Switch decoration fits into a small green square wall hook.
