The Praxon Aether can only be earned through the Bounty Contract Week Event. It costs 50 Completed Bounty Contracts and requires Champion rank.

Event mounts are earned through limited-time events - some events are once per year, while others take place in a rotation multiple times per year. Some mounts can be earned directly, and others have you earn tokens over time and purchase them from a vendor related to the event.
