How to get the GSI EMP-03 Explorer

The GSI EMP-03 Explorer can only be earned by using the Seeker Droid to dig up random parts. The parts can also be bought and sold on the GTN. How to Get Reputation Mounts

Reputation mounts are earned by completing specific quests for a specific faction over a long period of time.
