The Ubrikkian Striker is a mount you can buy in SWTOR if you have enough credits. All you need to do is visit the vendor and purchase it. The inexpensive Ubrikkian Striker mount can be purchased from the Tatooine Speeder Vendor for 8,000 Credits.
