Primary Deep Blue Dye Module

The Primary Deep Blue Dye Module originally could be found on the Cartel Market, Cartel Packs or Dye Packs. Due to the random nature of Cartel Packs and Dye Packs, there is a low chance of receiving any specific dye from these packs, it is recommended to instead buy the Primary Deep Blue Dye Module from the GTN from other players. Sometimes this dye can also be bought directly from the Cartel Market with Cartel Coins (CC), but what exactly is available for direct sale on the Cartel Market changes from day to day.

When you use the Primary Deep Blue Dye Module, it will dye the primary dye section of your armor Deep Blue, and will leave the secondary dye section of your armor its original color. You can not combine it with a different secondary dye module.

All dye modules are one-use, so once you've added a Primary Deep Blue Dye Module to your armor, you will not be able to remove it and reuse it later.

Underworld Reputation

A small number of Cartel Market dyes and other Cartel Market items can be purchased from vendors up on a platform in the Cartel Bazaar section of the Fleet, which is the Northern elevator Republic side and the Southern elevator Imperial side. Unfortunately, these items are also tied to the Underworld Exchange reputation track, which can only be increased by rare bound items that come from the older types of Cartel Packs that are no longer being sold. This type of reputation is now mostly deprecated, and does not drop from Ultimate Cartel Packs which is all that has been sold for years now.

Contraband Slot machine decoration: If you can find a stronghold that has the Contraband Slot Machine Decoration (unrelated to the current casino event), you can “play” it to win reputation items for the Underworld Exchange reputation track. It also has a rare chance of dropping Cartel Certificates. If your guild does not have one of these, check the publicly listed strongholds in the Strongholds & Crew Skills sections of the fleet and rich players may have one publicly available.
