Juvenile Makrin Creeper

The Juvenile Makrin Creeper is a green ground Achievement pet that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic.

The Juvenile Makrin Creeper is one of the rarest pets in the entire game and only a small handful of players likely own it. To earn this pet, you must help frequently answer questions on the official EA Answers HQ Forum and reach Champino Rank there, where players can aks questions and get help from other players, including Star Wars: The Old Republic. Forum users can rise up in rank by posting, but the special rank of Champion can only be manually granted by a commitee of very active helpful players, and Champion players can eventually be manually promoted to the Hero rank.

My guess is that only about six active SWTOR players have access to this pet, though technically all past and present members of the Champion or Hero rank have access to this pet, even if they do not play SWTOR. View List of Champions / View List of Heroes

Information about EA Answers HQ Ranks

Ranks represent your experience on AHQ. Once you reach a rank, the XP you earn will add stars to the rank. There are five stars to earn for each rank and after the fifth star you advance to the next rank.

The ranks on AHQ are:

  • Newbie
  • Novice
  • Apprentice
  • Guide
  • Pro
  • Expert
  • Master
  • Guru
  • (note: Champion is not on the list of automatic ranks!)

Ranks give you certain privileges, access to limited edition avatar sets, and prestige on AHQ.

Players gain levels by earning XP from other players. Accepted solutions gain the most XP, but any post can receive XP. After players have gained enough XP, they level up. At each level, players will gain new abilities and customizations for their personal profile.

Champions are users who have demonstrated their will to help and are recognized by our Heroes as having the potential to become Heroes themselves. They are typically still new to AHQ and have a thing or two to learn. Becoming a Champion is the first step to becoming a Hero.

Users that have proven to be among the most helpful on AHQ will earn the Champion rank to recognize their efforts. The rank is displayed under their username to showcase that they are a trusted helping hand.

From a seperate post: Answer HQ users become eligible for Champion selection when they reach 100 posts on Answer HQ, and have been active with us on the community for over a month. Members of our Hero Program or EA Staff can then select who should be named a Champion, through co-optation. The purpose of the Champion program is to enable helpful members of our community in their endeavors to assist other players, and reward their efforts.

The first thing you need to keep in mind is that Heroes and EA Staff are the ones deciding who's worthy to be a Champion. The second thing you need to keep in mind is that Heroes were once new users on Answer HQ too, and probably have very valuable insight into how to improve and hone your helping skills. A barrage of generic cookie-cutter responses or troubleshooting steps that may not be applicable to a user's situation will most likely be a lot less useful to you or anyone than an answer that is well-researched and to the point.

Since Champions are co-opted in by our Heroes, it is entirely possible that someone with a lower postcount or who has arrived more recently be a Champion. If you are wondering why that user has been chosen, ask yourself how you could improve the quality of your posts.

From another post: Monthly we will have meetings to decide which users will gain the Champion rank based off of suggestions from Heroes and staff.

Champions is our starting rank for users to join the program under, Hero is the advanced rank. Heroes have slightly more privileges than Champions as they have learned the ropes of the program and earned that privilege. Heroes gain access to some forum maintenance rights.

And this is from a forum user: Champion and Hero ranks can be given at any point but basically require a team of judges to award them. It usually takes an extreme apet of dedication (both in post/exp count and how frequently you're lurking) to earn those particular ranks though - just keep helping out and maybe you'll get it.
