How to get the Recon Carbine

The Recon Carbine is an inexpensive blaster rifle which can be purchased from a Specialty Vendor on Tatooine. This Blaster Rifle is for characters level 28 and up. The Imperial Specialty Vendor is located up some stairs in the town you load in at, and the Republic Specialty vendor is a small astromech droid in the center of Anchorhead, up some stairs in a plaza market. It costs 11800 credits.
