Sith Pureblood Naming Rules

Sith Purebloods do not seem to have any canon naming rules or suggestions. The biggest examples we have of Sith Pureblood names are Adas, Tenebrae, Ludo Kressh, Ffon, Paladius, Cythyrat, and there are many existing Sith Purebloods in both historical lore and modern-Old Republic times. As Sith have strong ties to their heritage, they seem to be named with reverence to past great Lords of the Sith, rarely choosing nicknames or codenames.

For this Sith Pureblood Name generator, these are the rules that I have used to generate names:

• Name Length: 5-8 letters for single names, 4-5 for first names and 5-8 for last names
• First & Last Name: Only about 25% of Sith Purebloods have a known last name
• Apostrophes: Very uncommon in Sith Pureblood names, did not display in generator
• Dashes: Very uncommon in Sith Pureblood names, did not display in generator
• Starting Letters: Only start with letters in the canon names list (A, K, L, M, R, S, T and V are the most common letters to start with)
• Other Letters: Generated based on how often letter combinations show up in the canon names list.
• Double Vowels: Very uncommon to see names with double vowels like ii or aa
• Consonants: Not a Sith Pureblood rule, but no more than two consonants at a time, so names like Andreaus and Yacommsa will not show up, though Sith Pureblood names with three consecutive consonants are uncommon

These are names of existing Sith Pureblood characters in Star Wars: The Old Republic and in other Star Wars media. These names likely can't be used in the character creator as they may be restricted, but you can use them as inspiration for your Sith Pureblood, and this is the list I use to pull information from for my Sith Pureblood name generator.
