The Rendili Fireball mount drops from the False Emperor Flashpoint. Players report it seems to mostly drop from Master Mode, from the final boss - I did not get any reports of it dropping in the easier modes.

How to Get Flashpoints Mounts

Flashpoint mounts are quite unique and can earned as random drops directly from the related Flashpoint or bought with special currency earned through the Flashpoint.
