The Gurian Hammer is a mount you can buy in SWTOR if you have enough credits. All you need to do is visit the vendor and purchase it. The inexpensive Gurian Hammer mount can be purchased from the Republic Fleet Speeder Vendor for 25,000 Credits.

This mount does not seem to be available on the Imperial speeder vendor.
