The Bantam Dxun Reaper is rewarded for the Nature of Progress Master Mode Timed run achievement in Master Mode at 100% for the group (each group member gets one auto-granted to their character). There is a very low chance for one to drop in Master Mode off of the final boss (Apex Vanguard). Player Jaydenz who submitted this video reports that "we only saw like 3 dropping since we cleared Apex, but I have like 4 of them because of the timed run."

Operation mounts are quite unique and can be earned as random drops directly from the related Operation, or from special difficult achievements. These can not be bought or sold on the GTN - you have to earn them!
