Orange Color Crystal

The Orange Color Crystal can be crafted by players who have taken the Artifice crew skill and reach Artifice Level 300. This crystal can also be bought on the GTN from other players. The schematic to craft it will become automatically available at the Artifice Crew Skill trainer once you reach Artifice Level 300. Artifice Guide

• Advanced Orange Hawkeye Crystal +41 Power
• Advanced Orange Eviscerating Crystal +41 Crit
• Advanced Orange War Hero Crystal +41 Mastery (The mastery version can also be bought from the PvP vendor on the fleet, but it costs 200000 credits and require Valor 10. The crafted version does not have a Valor requirement.)

Orange Crystal Lore

Traditionally, in Old Republic Lore, orange lightsaber crystals are fairly uncommon. The most well known orange crystal is the Heart of the Guardian crystal, an expensive crystla found in Knights of the Old Republic. Though its origins have been lost, the legendary artifact known as the Heart of the Guardian was rumored to have been instrumental in the founding of the guardian order of Jedi. Nothing further is mentioned in any Jedi archive, but both Sith and Jedi whisper their own legends. According to the Jedi, the Heart will appear in a time of greatest turmoil and deliver the galaxy into salvation. The Sith, however, believe it to be an object of their heritage, which will bring the galaxy under their dominion. While there are no famous orange lightsaber users, in extended lore there are some orange lightsaber wielders including Jedi Master Yaddle, Kyle Katarn's orange-colored lightsaber which was created by the Dark Jedi Yun, and occasionally Jedi Master Plo Kloon can be seen with an orange saber.
