An unstoppable force of darkness, the Sith Warrior is entrusted with the task of destroying the Empire\u2019s enemies and enforcing Sith fashion lines across the galaxy. The Warrior channels the destructive emotions of fear, anger, and hatred to purge weakness from body and mind and become a being of pure, brutal style.<\/p>\n

In this list I\u2019ll be going through my top ten favorite Sith Warrior armors in Star Wars: The Old Republic, and how to get them. Don\u2019t forget that you can use the Outfitter<\/a> to change the appearance of your armor without losing the stats of your equipment, so you can wear these wicked warrior sets without sacrificing any good armor you\u2019ve picked up along the way. These armors are also not locked to Sith characters – you can wear most of them on any type of character.<\/p>\n

#10<\/strong> Marauder’s Renowned Armor Set<\/h2>\n

\"Marauder's<\/a><\/p>\n

The Marauder’s Renowned Armor Set<\/a> is part of an obscure line of armors from the Legacy vendors which you may have run across while explore Dromund Kaas. Originally, you could only buy these sets with rare tokens you found on enemies while playing, but eventually the developers switched it so you could buy them for about 100,000 credits per piece. There are a bunch of different colors and versions of this armor, but this was one a deep dark blood red that suits the Warrior perfectly. This set does look different on female and male characters – on female characters, the midriff is exposed, while on male characters you get extra wrappings and sleeves.<\/p>\n

Ablative Lacqerous Armor Set<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Ablative<\/a><\/p>\n

The Ablative Lacqerous Armor Set<\/a> is a similar crafted set by Synthweavers who have found the schematic, but is all black – you may be able to find it on the GTN, or may have to ask around to find someone who can craft it.<\/p>\n

#9<\/strong> Malgus Reborn Armor Set<\/h2>\n

\"Malgus<\/a><\/p>\n

The Malgus Reborn Armor Set<\/a> is an iconic set based off of the way Malgus appears in the later expansions and Deceived<\/em> trailer.<\/p>\n

Malgus is the ultimate Sith Warrior – his version actually shows his synthetically-repaired arm and is meant to hold together his damaged body as he powers through his tasks fueled only by rage and the cybernetics that were placed in his body.<\/p>\n

Darth Malgus’s Armor Set<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Darth<\/a><\/p>\n

If you like classic Malgus, but would like a higher-quality version of his set, the Darth Malgus’s Armor Set<\/a> is very similar to how he is dressed in the original game’s cinematics, but with updated textures.<\/p>\n

#8<\/strong> Sith Recluse Armor Set<\/h2>\n

\"Sith<\/a><\/p>\n

The Sith Recluse Armor Set<\/a> is designed with the Sith in mind – its initial concept art was actually created to be a Jedi Hunter during the Knights of the Fallen Empire era. This set is a fan-favorite for its details and matte-black texture, but you might either love or hate the little matching hunter droid that shows up beside you when you draw your weapon.<\/p>\n

Dark Marauder Armor Set<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Dark<\/a><\/p>\n

The Dark Marauder Armor Set<\/a> is similar when it comes to color theming, but leans more into the cloth side of things. Also an all matte-black set, my favorite part of this set is the color-gradiented cape on the back, especially when it comes to adding dyes.<\/p>\n

#7<\/strong> Dreadseed Armor Set<\/h2>\n

\"Dreadseed<\/a><\/p>\n

The Dreadseed Armor Set<\/a> is an uncommon set with an intimidating mask – this armor set can be earned by using the Seeker Droid to search different locations around the galaxy for hidden treasure. These legacy-bound pieces used to be really hard to find, but these days, if you know the tips and tricks when it comes to using the seeker droid<\/a>, it’s not too hard to collect the whole set over time.<\/p>\n

Charged Hypercloth Aegis Armor Set<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Charged<\/a><\/p>\n

The Charged Hypercloth Aegis Armor Set<\/a> is another set with an intimidating helmet and a red-black color scheme, but is a lot easier to get. This set can be created by Synthweaving crafters, or you can often find it on the GTN for sale for credits.<\/p>\n

#6<\/strong> Frenzied Instigator Armor Set<\/h2>\n

\"Frenzied<\/a><\/p>\n

Cybernetics and rage go hand-in-hand, and the Frenzied Instigator Armor Set<\/a> is a perfect example of the extremes the Sith Warrior might go to to gain power and enhance their physical prowess. There’s a couple different versions of this armor, but this is my favorite with the black-and-red color scheme. It can be purchased for 3,500 Tech Fragments + 500,000 credits per piece from the cosmetic Tech Fragment vendors in the Supplies section of the fleet…<\/p>\n

Columi Bulwark (Imperial) Armor Set<\/strong><\/p>\n

…or you can find two very similar versions for sale at the Operations vendor for level 80 players, also in the supplies section, like the Imperial-side Columi Bulwark\u00a0<\/a> or Rakata Bulwark set.<\/p>\n

Veda Aegis Armor Set<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Veda<\/a><\/p>\n

The Veda Aegis Armor Set<\/a> is a little different, but probably a lot less expensive and easier to get, and is a Synthweaving crafted set.<\/p>\n

#5<\/strong> Bionic Overlord Armor Set<\/h2>\n

\"Bionic<\/a><\/p>\n

The Bionic Overlord Armor Set<\/a> is one of my new favorites, and is based of of Darth Maul’s outfit in the animated Maul TV series. The set comes with a set of cybernetic legs, and even comes with a sharp metal crown to mimic Zabrak spikes.<\/p>\n

Je’daii Warrior Armor Set<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Je'daii<\/a><\/p>\n

The Je’daii Warrior Armor Set<\/a> is another set that has a plunging neckline, based very loosely on some of the outfits of the ancient Je’daii fighters.<\/p>\n

#4<\/strong> Fractured Pummeler Armor Set<\/h2>\n

\"Fractured<\/a><\/p>\n

The Fractured Pummeler or Bulwark Armor Set<\/a> is another one of those fantastic sets which combines cyberware and armor into something that really suits the Sith Warrior’s intimidating aesthetics. This specific set has wires snaking along the chestpiece, bright red “muscles” along the jawline, and a cybernetic skull made of metal. There are a couple different versions of this set, and this specific one can be hard to find on the GTN, but the striking red color suits the Sith Warrior perfectly.<\/p>\n

Hypercloth Force Expert’s Armor Set<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Hypercloth<\/a><\/p>\n

The Hypercloth Force Expert’s Armor Set<\/a> is the same shape with a different color, but it’s a lot easier to get as it’s a crafted set. All Synthweavers can craft it at Synthweaving 420, or you can find it on the GTN.<\/p>\n

#3<\/strong> Imperial Bastion’s Armor Set<\/h2>\n

\"Imperial<\/a><\/p>\n

The Imperial Bastion’s Armor Set<\/a> is another set that was designed specifically for the warrior, combining brute force with maneuverability.<\/p>\n

I really like that this set combines some of the elements of Darth Acina’s dark red robes and Darth Marr’s spikes. This is a Cartel set, so if you want it for your warrior you’ll look either on the GTN for specific pieces or the Cartel Market for the whole set.<\/p>\n

#2<\/strong> Iokath Annihilator Armor Set<\/h2>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

The Iokath Annihilator Armor Set<\/a> is a domineering set that you can only earn through the Imperial Iokath reputation track – it has a stark light-absorbing black body and bright glowing red lights. This set seems like it would be great to mix and match with other Sith Warrior sets, and is uncommon to see in the wild as you need to reach Hero rank with Iokath to wear the full set.<\/p>\n

Reconstructed Apprentice Armor Set<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Reconstructed<\/a><\/p>\n

The Reconstructed Apprentice Armor Set<\/a> is a bit similar with its bright red glowing helmet and matte black harness, and of course you could always throw a dye in to cover the light grey if you want something darker.<\/p>\n

#1<\/strong> Resilient Warden Armor Set<\/h2>\n

\"Resilient<\/a><\/p>\n

The Resilient Warden Armor Set<\/a> is by far the fan-favorite when it comes to Sith Warrior armor sets, even years after its release. Players love this armor set for its versatility, simple good looks, and for how well it can take dyes – especially red black dyes.<\/p>\n
