{"id":40091,"date":"2025-06-16T14:35:08","date_gmt":"2025-06-16T21:35:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swtorista.com\/articles\/?p=40091"},"modified":"2025-06-16T14:36:31","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T21:36:31","slug":"40091-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swtorista.com\/articles\/40091-2\/","title":{"rendered":"SWTOR Patch Notes Update 7.7d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>7.7d brings many dynamic encounter fixes, bug fixes and class changes and tree default changes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"panel panel-info forums\"><div class=\"panel-body\">\n<p><strong>General\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attempting to summon another mount while already mounted will no longer cause an unintended animation.<\/li>\n<li>The top Guild Contributor leaderboard has been restored to the Guild Invasions tab.<\/li>\n<li>Cinematic trailers now play at the volume that are applied in settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Character Customization\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corrected an issue where players opening the Character Customization window would have a random skin tone selected in rare circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that changed the fur colors of existing Cathar NPCs.<\/li>\n<li>Corrected the skin color issues that were present on characters displaying Dark Side corruption.\n<ul>\n<li>There may be some cases where players will still see this issue present. We are continuing to investigate these edge cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dynamic Encounters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>General\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completing Dynamic Encounters on Dromund Kaas and Coruscant now track progress toward the Dynamic Encounter Pinnacle objective.<\/li>\n<li>Note that Dynamic Encounters on the starter planets do not count toward Conquest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Dromund Kaas\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[General] Several boss enemies in Dynamic Encounters have been given the correct immunity buffs.<\/li>\n<li>[Shocking Developments] Enemy waves now spawn correctly allowing players to complete the encounter.<\/li>\n<li>[Shocking Developments] Updated the mapnotes to ensure they do not overlap on the map.<\/li>\n<li>[Powder Keg] The failure state has been removed from the encounter to reduce mission step confusion and allow players more time to disable the air support beacons.<\/li>\n<li>[Ritual Killing] Updated the missions steps to include \u201cDefeat Ritual Master\u201d alongside the disruption mission step to allow players to complete the encounter even if another player has defeated the Ritual Master.<\/li>\n<li>[Ritual Killing] Balanced the Ritual Master by lowering damage output.<\/li>\n<li>[Dark Temple] The Sith Spirits now have shared tagging.<\/li>\n<li>[Venerated Relics] Players can now complete the encounter even after Nil Venerous has been previously defeated.<\/li>\n<li>[Venerated Relics] The Mark of Power buff from the Symbol of Power item now correctly increases a player\u2019s health and damage by 3% per stack.<\/li>\n<li>[Lord Grathan\u2019s Assault] Visual issues with the Grathan Sith Commander\u2019s model have been corrected.<\/li>\n<li>[Sith Affairs] The voice dialogues for Lords Apago and Cyone now trigger during the correct mission step.<\/li>\n<li>[Hard Target] Balanced the bosses by lowering their levels and health.<\/li>\n<li>[Rogue Droid Uprising] The description and mission steps now refer to the correct name of the encounter.<\/li>\n<li>[Rogue Droid Uprising] The Speedy Systems Specialist Achievement Achievement now correctly refers to the correct name of the encounter.<\/li>\n<li>[Rogue Droid Uprising] The Achievement for completing this encounter now refers to the correct name of the encounter.<\/li>\n<li>[Kaas City Expansion] The name of the encounter is now consistent in the Mission Tracker and Legacy Window.<\/li>\n<li>[Spire Consequences] Updated the mapnotes to clearly represent the objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Coruscant\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[General] Several boss enemies in Dynamic Encounters have been given the correct immunity buffs.<\/li>\n<li>[Blot Out the Sun] This Achievement has been moved to the correct category in the Achievements Window.<\/li>\n<li>[They\u2019re Listening! and Vandals at the Gate] The encounters no longer overlap when they are active.<\/li>\n<li>[Detention Is Over and Vandals at the Gate] The companion is now resummoned automatically when the player is no longer polymorphed.<\/li>\n<li>[Understaffed] The mapnotes for these encounters now appear on the map as intended.<\/li>\n<li>[Achievement] The name of the Jedi Temple Boss Achievement has been updated from its placeholder name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Ilum<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[Deflecting Their Blows] The Republic Saboreur NPCs are no longer missing their idle animations.<\/li>\n<li>[Troubled Tauns] Players can no longer use the Cleaning Solvent on a Tauntaun that has already been cleansed.<\/li>\n<li>[Clear the Crystals] Fixed an issue that caused a delay between the mortar ammunition impact with the ground and the corresponding visual effects.<\/li>\n<li>[Shivering Stand] Fixed animation issues that were present on the Damaged Assault Droids.<\/li>\n<li>[Shivering Stand] The Damaged Assault Droid is now visible.<\/li>\n<li>[Frozen Front] The correct animation now triggers when the Rocket Stockpiles are destroyed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Hutta<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[Jiguuna Cleanup] Players that log out then back in during the encounter while they are controlling a droid can now interact with the terminal to complete the mission.<\/li>\n<li>[Jiguuna Cleanup] Fixed an issue that caused the visual effects of the Ion Beam and Twin-linked Railgun abilities to not appear when they are cast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Ord Mantell<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[General] Corrected many instances of mission names and step progress not appearing in tooltips when hovering over relevant objects or NPCs.<\/li>\n<li>[Good Mantellian] The Separatist Defector NPCs now have idle animations.<\/li>\n<li>[Boss Remak] Updated the respawner timer for Ethan Remak so that he respawns more often.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Hoth<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[Ice Fishing] Fixed the skin texture on the ice fisherman NPC.<\/li>\n<li>[Pirate Problem] Players can now progress through the encounter regardless if other players have completed all the mission steps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Missions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[Quesh Inoculation] The Inoculations missions icons now appear as purple on the map.<\/li>\n<li>[Iokath: Lost Arsenal] The player\u2019s companion is now desummoned when the player is polymorphed as a Factory Remote.<\/li>\n<li>[Iokath: Mounted Turret] Corrected an issue that prevented the player\u2019s companion from being resummoned after the player exited a mounted turret.<\/li>\n<li>[Whispers in the Force] Players will now receive the mail \u201cI\u2019ll return soon\u201d from Arcann after completing Whispers in the Force.<\/li>\n<li>[Whispers in the Force] Players will no longer receive identical mail messages from Arcann when making a specific decision after completing Whispers in the Force.<\/li>\n<li>[Balmorra: A Question of Motivation] All players who are in a group will now be able to loot the schematic fragments.<\/li>\n<li>[Makeb: Shelter From the Storm] Added a mapnote for Shalim Avesta when the player is inside the phase.<\/li>\n<li>[Old Wounds: Meet with Dr. Oggurobb] Darth Rivix\/Tau Adair are now granted as guest companions during this mission step.<\/li>\n<li>[Manaan: Retaliation] The conversation with Captain Jhanil no longer triggers when the player is outside the building.<\/li>\n<li>[The Wretch King] A mapnote has been added for the last step in the mission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Items<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Players can no longer get stuck if they jump on the Empty Fireworks Launcher decoration.<\/li>\n<li>The Propagator Core XR-53 Trophy Decoration now correctly appears in the Preview Window.<\/li>\n<li>The Conspiracy Console, Ancient Kaas Sarcophagus, and the Training Bay decorations now cite Achievements as their source.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that prevented the Republic Kolto Tank decoration from dropping during its respective Dynamic Encounter on Ilum.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented the Harbinger of Fear, Martinique Desler, and Commandant Jenarian from correctly dropping their rare loot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>UI<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed an issue that caused the magnifying button to lose its functionality when a custom interface is created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Abilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When polymorphed as Tyth, the Intensify Rage ability now generates 2 stacks of Rage as intended.<\/li>\n<li>When polymorphed as Tyth, the Rage Overload ability can now be used at 10 stacks of Rage as intended.<\/li>\n<li>Corrected an issue causing some abilities, such as Swiftness on Sentinels and Marauders, to give more movement speed than intended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Combat Updates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>All Assassin\/Shadow Disciplines<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level 73 ability tree option Avoidance\/Celerity now reduces the cooldown of Jolt\/Mind Snap by 3s, Unbreakable Will\/Force of Will by 45s and Force Speed by 5s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Deception Assassin\/Infiltration Shadow<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level 51 passive Duplicity\/Infiltration Tactics now grants 25% bonus maul\/shadow strike damage up from 20%. Can now occur every 8 seconds down from 10 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Level 23 passive Dark Embrace\/Shadow&#8217;s Respite now grants 20% damage reduction up from 15%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>All Sorcerer\/Sage Disciplines<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resurgence\/Rejuvenate base force cost up from 50 to 60<\/li>\n<li>Static Barrier\/Force Armor base force cost up from 45 to 55<\/li>\n<li>Dark Heal\/Benevolence base force cost up from 70 to 85<\/li>\n<li>Unnatural Preservation\/Force Mend cooldown up from 30 seconds to 40<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Lightning Sorcerer\/Telekinetics Sage<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Convection\/Clamoring Force bonus crit damage up from 12% per stack to 15% per stack<\/li>\n<li>Forked Lightning\/Telekinetic Momentum have a 30% chance up from 25% (60% while Polarity Shift\/Mental Alacrity is active up from 50%) to produce a second damage instance to the same targets for 25% damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Madness Sorcerer\/Balance Sage<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Force Leech\/Force Serenity heals the caster for 40% of damage dealt down from 50%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Corruption Sorcerer\/Seer Sage<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dark Infusion\/Deliverance base force cost down from 50 to 45<\/li>\n<li>Efficacious Currents\/Preservation reduces the force consumed by Static Barrier\/Force Armor by 25 up from 15<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Innovative Ordinance Mercenary\/Assault Specialist Commando<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volatile Warhead\/Hyper Assault Rounds internal cooldown down from 15s to 12s<\/li>\n<li>Superheated Shot\/Scorching Bolts armor penetration up from 30% to 35%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Arsenal Mercenary\/Gunnery Commando<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Riddle\/Rotary Cannon critical hit chance up from 10% to 15%<\/li>\n<li>Target Tracking\/Deadly Cannon critical damage bonus up from 30 to 35%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Medicine Operative\/Sawbones Scoundrel<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Surgical Probe\/Emergency Medpac heal power moderately increased.
