To Find a Findsman<\/strong> is an Alliance Alert<\/strong>, a special type of quest related to gaining new companions in the Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion and onward. To Find a Findsman is the entry quest for many other Alliance alerts, so you must complete it before some of the other Alliance Alerts will become available to you. This quest also gains you the companion Yuun, who is normally only a Trooper companion.<\/p>\n

To Find a Findsman becomes available after you complete Chapter 9 of Knights of the Fallen Empire<\/strong>, and can be started from your companion alerts area, which you can easily find by pressing N on your keyboard.<\/p>\n

Tip\/Bug: If you are currently re-playing a Chapter earlier than Chapter 9, or are currently partway through Chapter 9, you may not be able to see the Alliance alert. The easiest way to fix this is to leave your Odessan base by running out the door if you happen to be inside, then opening your Chapters panel from the main menu, and launching Chapter 10.<\/em><\/p>\n

The quest is a bit weird, and asks you to board your ship, but then doesn’t tell you where to go next. You need to fly to Zakuul<\/strong> to find Yuun, Once you arrive just follow the quest markers or use the Undercity Transport quicktravel.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Once you talk to Yuun, take the tram or quicktravel to Breaktown<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

You’re looking for very small glowing blue objects on the ground in the alleyways.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The third component is somewhere else, use the Undercity Transport quicktravel <\/strong>then follow the quest markers.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

When you complete the quest, you can use the N key on your keyboard, find Yuun near the bottom of the list, then click Travel to Contact<\/strong> to get back to Yuun quickly.<\/p>\n

You can do the same thing again to get back to Dr Oggurobb to finish the quest.<\/p>\n

Once you complete the To Find a Findsman quest, you’ll see a whole bunch more Alliance Alerts<\/strong> become available when you press the N key on your keyboard.<\/strong><\/p>\n
