Section X Map<\/h2>\n

Are you the kind of player who enjoys finding every quest and secret in the game? This interactive map of Section X has every point of interest marked so you can find your way around more easily in Star Wars: The Old Republic. This includes the daily exploration quests, the world boss, and a secret questline!<\/em><\/p>\n

Reputation Vendors<\/h2>\n

Section X comes with a unique reputation and vendors at the base that’ll sell you a full list of neat things once your reputation is high enough from the dailies. World Boss<\/h2>\n

Dreadtooth is a World Boss available to both factions – this icon is situated over the wall he will patrol in a circle, so long as a player is near enough to see him. A unique aspect of Dreadtooth is that he drops a helmet required for a different boss fight in the game, as well as an item that can be used to make future Dreadtooths more challenging.<\/p>\nSWTOR World Boss Guide<\/a>\n

Travel<\/h2>\n

Every planet has multiple ways to get around besides on foot or speeder – you can take the taxi points and fly around, the quick travel point which are an instant teleport, or the heroic shuttles \/ transports which are granted when you pick up heroic quests for the planet.<\/p>\n

Taxis are unlocked by default, you just need to find one taxi point and you can then ride to any of them on the planet. Section X doesn’t have any, though.<\/p>\n

Quick travel points are unlocked once you have walked near the quick travel point at least once. You can find your quick travel by pressing ‘p’ on your keyboard and going to the ‘General’ tab. You’ll need to explore the planet to unlock all of the quick travel points for future use on the planet. Section X just has it’s initial bases.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 Heroic shuttles \/ transports are a unique way to travel that is offered to you if you pick up heroic quests, usually near the spaceport. They teleport you to directly outside where the heroic quest would start. You need to be the correct level to pick up the planet’s heroic quests to travel this way. Heroic quests can be shared with a friend.<\/p>\n

After picking up the mission from a droid in your Section X base, players can head to the med center for the Frozen Lake heroic area, where an NPC will be waiting to start them on the quest of restoring and obtaining the HK-51 companion! Read more in the HK-51 guide below.<\/p>\nHK-51 Guide<\/a>\n
