Head past the Exchange enemies and get into Contested Gangland. Head straight inside and take a right at the silver enemy named &#8220;Sever&#8221;. Enter from the East side, near the green kiosks. From the Boardwalk Med Centers, head west towards the exit to Slugfall, but turn north and head up the wooden pier to the north exit instead of the west one. From the Boardwalk Med Centers, head west as if you were going to leave and head to Slugfall Harbor, but instead of getting on the raised ramp, turn left and down this narrow alley going south.
