NOTE: This form is only for full armor sets (all pieces have the same name and no dyes were used on the set), weapons, color crystals, mounts, or pets. Use the Character Submission form for mixed sets or if you’ve dyed your armor.
Do a search for the item you plan to submit first. Because armor sets may come from a variety of locations, they are often featured on a page that may seem contrary to what you think it should be featured on.
To ensure the quality and uniformity of the site, we do have a few requirements for user submissions. Remember these images should be focused on taking the best shots of the armor, rather than making your character look good.

- For screenshots, please turn on max settings if possible. If you don’t think your computer can handle it, I will be happy to create a character on your server and take the screenshots for you. Just write so in the contact form below and I will be happy to contact you back.
- For armor, please ensure that only armor that are part of the set is shown (i.e. unequip armor that are not part of the set – especially belts/bracers etc); please show helms as part of the set (even if they are ugly) and DO NOT unify colors to chest.
- Please ensure that there is good lighting conditions for the screenshot. A dark photo can obscure the armor details. A good place to take the screenshot is the guild bank area on the fleet, Tatooine, Alderaan or Makeb. Ilum is also useful if your are trying to emphasize a glow on an item, but not for every shot.
- For armor, I try to have a screenshot showing the front, the back, the sides, and a close up on the upper torso/head area of the armor. If you could do that as well that would be awesome!
