This armor set can be purchased from a vendor located on Manaan. To run the Flashpoint solo, you need to be level 53 or higher.

How to Get Flashpoints Armors

Flashpoint armors are quite unique and can earned as random drops directly from the related Flashpoint or bought with special currency earned through the Flashpoint.
